Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Your account is personal; don't share access to it.

What Lapela does

Lapela suggests clothes and outfits based on what you tell it and send it. Suggestions come from AI: they're style advice, not a promise that you'll like them or that they'll fit.

Images of the clothes on you are simulations. Color, fabric and fit may differ from the real piece. Piece links are store searches; we don't sell clothes or earn a commission on them.

Credits

Text suggestions are free, with a daily message limit. Each image of the clothes on you costs 1 credit.

Credits are bought in the app through Apple and don't expire. They have no value outside Lapela and can't be exchanged for money.

If an image fails, the credit comes back on its own. If it comes out different from what was described, tap "This doesn't look right" and the credit comes back. Purchase refunds go through Apple, under App Store rules.

Your photos and content

What you send stays yours. You let us use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Send only photos of yourself, or of people who agreed. Don't send nudity, photos of minors, or anything illegal or that violates other people's rights. We may delete such content and close the account that sent it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under You → Delete my account. Unused credits are lost.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app working, but it may have bugs or downtime. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for purchases made based on the suggestions.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies. They're governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code.
